1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ks99 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the ks99 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

The ks99 platform operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services covering slots, live casino, fish shooting, baccarat, sports betting and various other gaming products. These services are offered to eligible players based on the criteria set out in these terms.

Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the freezing of the balances in them. 3 Account Usage Rules

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This responsibility covers the following:

ks99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to comply with the account security rules set out above. It is recommended that users change their password regularly and use a strong combination of characters.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ks99 platform are subject to minimum limits and payment methods that have been established. Users are required to use only payment methods registered in their own name.

Payment methods supported by the ks99 platform are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — a widely used e-wallet in Malaysia for instant deposits and withdrawals.
• DuitNow — real-time transfers using a phone number or bank account number.
• FPX Online Banking — direct payment through online banking systems such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and others.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the ks99 finance team. ks99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal if unusual activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ks99 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses offered are subject to the wagering requirements and rules stated specifically for each respective promotion.

The ks99 welcome bonus provides a 100% deposit match up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms that apply to all bonuses on the ks99 platform:

• Each user is only eligible to claim a specific bonus once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules

The ks99 platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, fish shooting, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and sports betting. All games offered are operated using a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness and transparency.

• The outcome of all games is final. No appeals may be made against the result of a completed game.

• Recommendation by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud, money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Failure by the user to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Account inactivity over an extended period with no logins or transactions.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the ks99 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all verification requirements have been met.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
